We are making progress, but we need more commitments!

H. R. 539: we have 108 cosponsors, with 65 Republican Congressional House Leaders and 43 Democratic Congressional House Leaders.

S. 106: we have 12 Senators cosponsors, with 6 Democratic Congressional Leaders and 6 Republican Congressional Leaders.

Congresswoman Deborah Ross, Democratic House Leader from North Carolina, made a verbal commitment to cosponsor H. R. 539. Staff stated updates on the congress.gov website will appear in September.

Postcards for Progress

  • Chiropractors: fill out the form on our website: https://cservicecorp.com/#contact-form
    • First, tell us how many Postcards for Progress you need to provide your Medicare patients. It is their story. Let them tell it!
    • Next, tell patients to fill in their name, address, and phone number. The phone number is optional. The address is required by Congress to identify that the patient resides in their district.
    • Postcards will not be used for marketing! In this case, the message is directly for their members of Congress in Washington, DC.
    • Lastly, please mail completed postcards no later than 10/31/2025.
  • Medicare Patients:
    • Conveniently, your instructions are the same as the Chiropractors, but you fill out the form yourself! Legislators specifically act on stories like yours!
  • Does your FQHC, RHC, Tribal Health Center, or Look-a-Like provide Chiropractic care for your patients?
    • Undoubtedly, your organization has a powerful story!
    • Help us tell Congress about the Medicare patients you serve and the challenges they face.
    • Share how Chiropractic helps your seniors and how much more it can help with passage of this bill. Please convey your most compelling evidence: positive patient outcomes.
    • Again, the instructions are the same for you as we provided the Chiropractors and Medicare patients.
